Customer Background

The data center building of the project has a total of 6 floors, each with a floor area of about 220square meters, with a total data center area of about 1320 square meters.

The first floor layout consists of 13 double-row closed cold channels, each consisting of 16 cabinets with 8 cabinets in each row; 

the second to the sixth floor has the same layout structure, with 16 double-row closed cold channels and one single-column closed cold channel on each floor. The double-row closed cold channel is composed of 16 cabinets, 8 cabinets in each row, and the single-row closed cold channel is composed of 7 cabinets, with a total of 1523 cabinets. Each floor is equipped with room-level air conditioning, UPS, battery isolation zone.

Customer requirements:

1.Making the power distribution system and refrigeration system redundant to meet the Tier III requirements of the computer room.

2.In order to facilitate customers to view at any time, the integrated management platform needs to support real-time remote and short-range viewing.

3. Under the condition that the project is large and the project is in a hurry, the speed of construction should be fast.

4. In the case of limited budget, try to save the investment of the project on the premise of meeting the business needs.

5. There may be multiple customers renting a data center together, so the keys of each cabinet cannot be shared.

According to the actual situation of the enterprise, Li Tang modular data center is adopted to integrate IT cabinet, network cabinet, precision air conditioning, battery cabinet, modular UPS, distribution cabinet, monitoring and so on. Using a unified interface and modular architecture, we can achieve simple construction, batch copy, deployment on demand, form a unified construction standard, and speed up the launch and transformation of the business.

The main computer room adopts single-row sealed cold channel, 11 IT equipment cabinets, 1 100KVA UPS high-frequency machine, and 2 row-level precision air conditioners.

The cabinet is placed in a single row, and the whole cabinet is built in a modular group, arranged and expanded. It adopts full-disassembly and full-module design, which is convenient for transportation and flexible installation.

UPS uses a UPS high-frequency machine to support later capacity expansion, which is convenient and simple, and saves capital investment.

Precision air conditioners use two row-level precision air conditioners, 100% sensible heat ratio, the cooling capacity of one air conditioner can meet the cooling needs of the computer room, the other air conditioner as a redundant configuration, two air conditioners for refrigeration rotation, providing the service life of precision air conditioners.It provides a perfect operating environment for the equipment.
