Q If your Ethernet Cable,Fiber Optic Cable, Coaxial Cable is in high Quality?
A For the ethernet cable and coaxial cable it has 1-2 years warranty. It is longer than another factories. For the Fiber Optic cable, it has 10 years warranty. And we have passed the SGS,CE,UL,CPR certificate. And before delivery, we will test by Fluke. So our cables are in high quality.

Q Do you have Alibaba.com or Made-in-china.com?
A Before we had Alibaba.com and Made-in-China.com, but we spent too much cost but get less customers so we have given up to invest unworthy cost on them and keep saving the cost for our customers. For examples, the advertisement we invest less and we save the cost most. These cost could be return to our customers.

A Litang cables have 10 years of manufacturing different communication cables and other products.The factory is about 10000 square kilometer. We have registered in China Government. We are legal company in China.And we also have import and export right. So you could trust us very much.

Q Could you accept OEM and customized products?
A For the cable, we can print the customer's LOGO on the cable,packaging,and for other communication products, we can provide design and production according to the drawings or samples provided by the customers.

Q How to you deliver the products and how long I could accept the products?
A We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for the samples. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. You can choose the best way as you wish.If by ship, it will take 15-20days. Some far places need 30days to arrive.

Q What is the lead time?
A For the cables samples in stock we could send at first time. If need to OEM sample then samples need the production time, It is about 1-2days.
For the mass production in stock we could send in 48hrs. If need to customized, the mass production needs 1-2 weeks or 10-15days depends on the quantity.
For another communication production. Almost same but the cabinet need more time.

Q What is your term of payments?
A We accept T/T bank transfer, western union, money gram, paypal.
1). 100% TT in advance.
2). 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
3). We could be negotiable if have another term of payments such as LC.
